特点:本制剂主要由镁、钠、钾、钙等氯盐和氟盐组成,由于配方独特,液态密度,黏度合适,具有极好的精练效果,兼有覆盖保护作用。比重为1.8-2.0与合金液有较大的比重差,化学稳定性好,不与合金、炉衬和炉气发生化学反应,不产生熔剂杂质。有害气体量少,符合工业卫生标准及废气排放要求。

用途:适用于镁、镁合金及铝镁合金。

  使用方法:用量2-3%。当镁合金采用电阻坩锅炉熔炼升温至740℃时,不断撒入精炼剂于液面,同时用精炼勺上下搅动,使镁液循环流动,以延长熔剂液滴的流程,增加熔剂与氧化夹杂接触吸附机会,通常保持10分钟左右液面呈光亮镜面为止

Usage: 2-3% dosage. When magnesium alloys are melted in resistance crucible boilers and heated to 740 C, the refining agent is continuously sprayed on the liquid surface. At the same time, the refining spoon is stirred up and down to make the magnesium liquid circulate, so as to prolong the flow of flux droplets and increase the chance of contact and adsorption between flux and oxide inclusions. Usually, the liquid surface remains bright mirror for about 10 minutes.
