特点：本制剂主要由镁、钠、钾的氯盐和氟盐所组成，具有较低的熔点（653K-673K），适当的表面张力，在合金熔炼温度下熔化成液态，自动形成连续的覆盖层，由于有特殊无机添加剂的作用，它会持续地释放出惰性气体，使镁液表面受到溶剂、气体复合保护；在炉中长时间静置不破碎下沉，有效时间大于三小时，有害气体量少，符合工业卫生标准及废气排放要求。

用途：适用于镁合金和铝镁合金的冶炼。

使用方法：用量为1-2%，通常以覆盖严密程度来确定，在熔炼开始时加入一定数量于坩埚底部熔化后装入炉料，溶液表面应保持有5-10毫克的覆盖层。铝镁合金加入方法同上，与铝锭一起熔化，在覆盖保护条件下加入镁锭和回炉料。金属液面如有裸露处，应当及时补加。
